A view of Piazza San Marco in Venice from the tower high above. This was the first of many towers we climbed. This was the only one with an elevator. You can see all the chairs and tables set out in front of the cafes. At night they have live music playing.

A view of the bay. Note all the gondolas lined up in the lower portion of the picture.

The bell in the bell tower.

A photo from the waterbus of the sidewalk restaurant where we finally had dinner the night before.

Settling in for the three hour train ride to Florence (Firenze)! Allie brushes Mom's hair.
